A well-established property consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Senior Development and Investment Consultant to join its team in Central London. This role is suited to someone with strong sector knowledge and an existing network, looking to contribute to the sourcing, acquisition, and disposal of high-value development and investment opportunities across the UK.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK property development and investment sales
  • Strong track record in acquiring and disposing of development and investment assets
  • Broad understanding of residential and commercial sectors
  • Experience handling both on and off-market opportunities
  • Confident in undertaking appraisals and valuations
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with relevant property legislation and due diligence processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to generate fees and manage deals independently
  • Established network of industry contacts is highly desirable

The successful candidate will take a leading role in identifying and managing development and investment opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering tailored advice to investors and developers. This is a client-facing, deal-driven role with significant potential for personal and professional growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, source, and negotiate development and investment opportunities across residential and commercial property sectors
  • Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Advise clients on strategy, acquisition, disposal, and development potential
  • Conduct detailed financial appraisals and valuations of prospective sites
  • Provide consultancy services throughout the client sales and investment cycle
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legislation, and commercial drivers
