EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER - LONDON - £100K REALISTIC OTE

An experienced Sales Manager is required for a company specialising in identifying wealth-building opportunities across the globe. This includes UK & overseas property investment. They work with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking for 1 or 2 property investments, to overseas funds and institutions looking for large bulk purchases.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

They require a highly motivated, inspirational individual who can demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills who share their vision and passion for property. They are looking for somebody with big ideas that enjoys helping others meet and exceed their targets day in day out.

  • Minimum 3 years sales manager experience essential
  • Expert sales trainer and coach
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets as an individual and as a leader
  • An entrepreneurial approach, enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • Strong sales and people management skills including performance management
  • Ability to manage, monitor and suggest improvements for key success
  • An excellent and persuasive communicator at all levels
  • Analytical approach with a solid understanding of sales

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Due to their continued success and expansion, a role has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, manage, coach and develop an existing and growing sales team in London. Working for a global leader in the overseas & UK property industry, you will be leading an existing team of entrepreneurial people who are committed to achieving excellence.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Ensure the team meet and exceeds all KPI’s for sales activity and sales revenue
  • Identifying learning and development opportunities for the team including on the job
  • training and coaching recruiting new members to the team
  • To ensure year-on-year revenue growth and team expansion
  • Advising and closing property deals
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with company partners
  • Ensuring objectives, sales standards, processes and structures are embedded throughout
