This role is not about repetitive file pushing - it’s a dynamic hybrid position where you will:Conduct contract reviews and oversee contract draftingPerform QA and settlement checksLead and support team trainingShape and refine best practice- processesGuide clients throughout their conveyancing experienceContinue to master QLD conveyancing while learning other jurisdictionsIf you love improving systems, testing new ideas, lifting others up, and challenging the status quo — you’ll feel right at home here.  Your skills and experience We would love to hear from Property Lawyers who:Have at least 18 months' experience in a high-volume conveyancing environmentAre admitted to the Supreme Court and hold a valid Practising CertificateWant to combine hands -on conveyancing with process improvement- projectPeople who want to be heard.
