Job Title: Multiple Positions Available (Property Management / Tenant Coordinator & Maintenance Coordinator)
Location: Calgary, AB

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a multiple positions in property management to join our growing team. Each position offers ample opportunities for growth within a dynamic company.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of governance, maintenance, and financials, along with familiarity with relevant Acts and Codes, including fire and building codes, and Residential Tenancy Act.
  • Communication: Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
  • Professionalism: Capable of maintaining confidentiality in a professional business manner.
  • Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Experience:

  • property management: 2 years (required

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Ensure property finances are up-to-date and organized, and prepare all lease-related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve property issues, prioritizing the best solutions for both tenants and property owners.
  • Rent and Fees Collection: Ensure timely collection of all rents and fees.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery, ensuring proper functioning at all times.
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the main point of contact between property owners and renters, fostering a positive and supportive community atmosphere.
  • Administration: Manage the daily administration of the property, troubleshooting and responding to after-hours facility issues as needed.
  • Communication and Listening: Utilize strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and maintenance staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Financial and Marketing Acumen: Possess basic knowledge of finance and marketing principles.
  • Customer Service and Delegation: Demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Work Ethic and Teamwork: Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Time Management: Display strong time-management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software, including spreadsheet and word processing programs.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply effective problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly and efficiently.
