Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a superstar Property Lettings Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in managing and maintaining the properties of high-net-worth clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and seamless operations.
Building strong relationships is at the core of this role. Whether it’s collaborating with clients to meet their expectations, supporting tenants with any queries, or ensuring our team runs smoothly, your ability to communicate effectively and think ahead will set you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Building Relationships: Be the friendly first point of contact for tenants and landlords, delivering clear and consistent communication that builds trust and rapport.
- Coordinating Lettings: Manage property viewings, handle tenant applications, facilitate the transfer of utilities, and ensure tenancy agreements are prepared accurately.
- Ensuring Compliance and Comfort: Organise property inspections, liaise with contractors to coordinate access, keep all compliance certifications up to date, and handle maintenance issues to keep properties in excellent condition.
- Supporting Clients: Communicate effectively with clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their property portfolios are well-maintained.
- Staying Organised: Keep our property database up to date, manage office supplies, and support the Property Manager with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Providing Team Support: Work closely with the Property Manager and wider team, offering assistance wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
