Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and organised Property & Lettings Coordinator to handle the day-to-day administration of the business and be the first point of contact for tenants.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting the running of the company through administration, marketing, and occasional on-site duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering tenant and property enquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Booking and coordinating property viewings
  • Occasionally carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
  • Taking photos of properties and preparing listings for online platforms
  • Creating and managing property adverts across various sites
  • Promoting properties and the business on social media channels
  • Coordinating and booking maintenance jobs with contractors
  • Maintaining accurate records, tenant files, and admin systems
  • Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords
