PROPERTY LETTINGS MANAGER

This is an exciting opportunity to join Davis Hughes group. Doncaster’s fastest growing property company.
we are looking for someone looking to grow with our company and team to be part of our award winning business developing some of Doncaster’s greatest build to rent developments.

REQUIREMENTS:

An interest in property and a positive attitude towards delivering a great service.
Full UK driving license
Own transport (Car)
Experience in the industry is a benefit but not essential.

• Oversee Maintenance & Property Management Team (Office & External)
• Oversee Accompanied Viewers, ensuring targets are achieved
• Design & Implement KPI’s
• Implement Targets to reach Lettings Targets, Rent Arrears
• Deal with complaints
• Business Development
• Oversee Financials: Rents in, overdue Rents, allocate and check references on properties
• Manage budgets
• Leases, options, sales, Investments
• Staff recruitment, holidays and sickness Responsible for Team Development and Training:
• Licencing (HMO, Selective Licencing)
• New Legislations
• Deposits
• Section 8’s/ Section 21’s
• Compliance including Gas Certs, PAT Tests, Legionella
• Maintenance ensuring enquiries are logged, booked and resolved within set Targets
• Implement Management tools to monitor
