PROPERTY LISTER (GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY – SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR)

Location: Canary Wharf
Salary: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000+)

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Property Lister, you’ll be responsible for winning new business and ensuring landlords receive the highest level of service. You’ll negotiate contracts and fees, bring new properties to market, and maximise opportunities to grow our portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who is financially motivated, target-driven, and eager to prove themselves in a competitive industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively source and secure new landlord instructions through inbound and outbound calls
  • Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts confidently and professionally
  • List properties on major advertising portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, etc.)
  • Ensure all property listings are accurate, compelling, and marketed to the highest standard
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords to encourage repeat business
  • Identify new opportunities by contacting landlords advertising through other agencies
  • Collaborate with viewing agents to ensure new properties are quickly introduced to the market
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
