THE OPPORTUNITY

Delaware North Australia is now hiring a Property & Maintenance Administration Assistant to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. Reporting to the Property & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, ensuring the efficient operation of the site facilities teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide reception services by assisting contractors, suppliers and internal employees
  • Assist the management team with contract and work order correspondence and follow up on work performed
  • Process all service and maintenance requests
  • Responsible for contractor sign in and access control for external stakeholders
  • Processing all accounts payable documents and records in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements
  • General administration support for the department
