The purpose of this office-based role is to organise and manage the compliance surrounding the letting of residential property, ranging from electrical and gas inspections, to the serving of legislative documentation at the correct time.
You will also help coordinate, organise and manage the proactive maintenance undertaken on the properties we look after on behalf of our clients. It will involve liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and our offices to coordinate preventative, remedial, scheduled, and occasionally emergency maintenance work.
