Positions Available We are seeking to hire several exceptional Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors across several apartment communities in the Orlando area! We're looking for maintenance professionals who will take pride in their assigned community and focus on completing service requests, emergency calls, move-in needs, and property task(s) that may be needed daily, weekly, or monthly. Whether you're applying to be a Technician or a Supervisor, this is a "hands-on" role focused on maintenance, teamwork, and high-quality service. We will be holding in-person interviews for both Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor positions on Thursday, February 17th at Atrium's Corporate HQ in Orlando. Estimated Pay for Positions Available: Maintenance Supervisor: $26 - $35 per hour Maintenance Technician: $21 - $25 per hour *Salary will be based upon experience and community details.
