JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, alongside excellent leadership and project management skills. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage property maintenance and supervise a small group of staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand electrical systems and schematics.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Logical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to maintenance management.
  • Outstanding organisation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and address issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of property operations, including maintenance schedules and tenant communications.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers for repairs and renovations, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to building systems, including electrical systems and logic controllers.
  • Interpret schematics for various systems within the properties to facilitate effective maintenance and repairs.
