KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Teaching and assessing apprentices in property maintenance and multi-trade disciplines.
  • Delivering engaging, inclusive, and industry-relevant lessons and workplace assessments.
  • Supporting learners’ progress through effective feedback, pastoral care, and career-focused guidance.
  • Developing curriculum materials and contributing to course innovation and improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and achievement.
  • Participating in open evenings, employer engagement events, and CPD activities.
