Position Purpose: Property Maintenance Temp. performs lawn care, landscape, maintenance, and other assigned projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Mow lawns with riding lawnmowers or manual mowers. Trim weeds and bushes and edge lawns using a variety of machines. Perform landscaping projects. · Perform routine maintenance duties. Prune trees and shrubs. General Property maintenance. · Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: · High School Diploma or equivalent preferred or students currently in high school. · Previous experience in property maintenance preferred. Conditions of Employment: The Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma operates a drug-free workplace. May be required to submit to and pass applicable drug test and background check. Adhere to all work rules, policies & procedures, and safety standards. Reliable transportation is a must. Requirements Position involves prolonged sitting, stooping, standing, bending, lifting, or carrying over 50 pounds on a daily basis. Work is generally performed outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures.
