Management and oversight of Repairs and Maintenance of all existing stores. Successfully liaise and communicate with the stores’ teams to manage repairs and interventions Communicate with external maintenance suppliers to coordinate interventions Liaise with Shopping Centre Maintenance and Technical teams Consulting with key support departments weekly to achieve timelines ( Store Dev / IT / Logistics ) All other projects as directed by the Store development manager Europe About you Fluent in English and communicative knowledge of Dutch and French Experience in maintenance management Previous experience in retail sector High observable level of Customer service Focused on the result Open and honest communicator Strong team player and leadership skills Assertive coupled with an empathetic and supportive style Attention to detail Sales ability & Negotiation Planning and organising Problem solving ability High work ethic We believe in supporting diverse cultures and harnessing the unique knowledge and experience of our team. Responsibilities

The role is responsible for project managing the maintenance and compliance of all existing and new stores across the UK, IRE & BeNeLux region in a timely and cost-effective manner. This includes managing repairs, coordinating interventions with external suppliers, and liaising with shopping center technical teams and internal support departments.
