This is a full-time position with standard hours from Monday through Friday. Occasionally, Saturday shifts may be required. Additionally, you will participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis to address emergencies outside of regular working hours.
Your responsibilities will include meticulously preparing units for new residents to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and functionality. Throughout the day, you’ll address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, from troubleshooting technical problems to performing routine upkeep tasks.
