Key Responsibilities General Carpentry: Perform drywall repairs, cabinet and countertop replacements, finish carpentry, glass and window repairs, lock and door servicing, and tile repairs. Maintenance & Repairs: Handle minor tasks involving electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, flooring, painting, and HVAC (non-licensed). Turnover & Project Support: Assist with work orders, unit repaints, re-carpeting, and apartment turnovers. Property Inspections: Conduct routine property and apartment inspections to identify and report maintenance needs. Emergency Response: Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance. Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and safety of property systems. Stakeholder Interaction: Maintain positive, professional relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, and city officials. Work Order Management: Efficiently track, prioritize, and complete work orders while keeping all relevant parties informed.
