Learn more about us at: https://www.montechristocommunities.com/join-our-team/ What you will do Full-time position supporting a large mobile home and RV community. Landscaping: Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal. Groundskeeping: Pick up trash and debris and clean common areas. Plumbing: Open clogged drains, fix leaks, expose and identify sources or external water or sewer leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs. Electrical: Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, change fuses and meters, and complete similar electrical tasks. Carpentry: Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks, and repairing steps, rails, and fencing. Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required. Complete other basic maintenance tasks as assigned. Requirements 1+ year of property maintenance experience, including basic electrical and plumbing 1+ year of landscaping experience Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred Ability to respond to after hour emergencies. Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds. Basic computer knowledge Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
