PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a well-established construction company in the Windermere area an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and reliable property maintenance operative to join our team.
We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Property Maintenance Technician to join our team within the construction and property sector. If you’ve got strong trade skills and take pride in quality workmanship, this role is for you.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in construction, building trades, or property maintenance
  • Multi-skilled across various trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, tiling, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A reliable and conscientious approach to work
  • Full clean UK driving licence (with no bans within the last 10 years) is essential as use of a company van is required.
  • You must be able to prove your eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities
  • Carry out general property repairs and maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, etc.)
  • Support refurbishment and construction projects as required
  • Perform inspections, identify faults, and recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Work both independently and as part of a construction/maintenance team
  • Ensure health & safety standards are always followed
  • Groundskeeper/Gardener tasks
  • Basic fire alarm testing of manual call points
