JOB DESCRIPTION:

Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various property systems and structures to ensure a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for tenants and visitors. The position requires coordination of the day-to-day maintenance and repair of all company properties.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across multiple properties. Your duties will include routine inspections, repairs, and installations of fixtures and appliances, as well as addressing emergency maintenance issues as they arise

EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENT:

· At least 5 years of prior relevant experience in real estate maintenance is mandatory.
· Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Work experience or inclination towards project management would be a positive attribute.
· Background in customer service, some basic knowledge of facilities and experience in coordinating and scheduling are essential.
· Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, and climbing.
· Flexibility to work on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
· Valid Kuwait Driving License.
· Transferable Article 18 Visa.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

· English and Arabic preferred.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or trade school certification preferred
