On-call positions available during the winter to maintain residential client‘s driveways in Barrie. Experience with farm tractors and snow removal is preferred.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Performing Snow Removal of Driveways as Required
• Assisting with Equipment Maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team Leader
• Performs other duties as required.
• Must be able to respond and report to work within 60 minutes of call. Most shifts start between 12am to 2am and finish in the morning hours. Weekends and holidays. Day time shifts. When it snows you must be able to respond to work, no exception.
• Must be able to follow direction, work independently, problem solve, and perform machine maintenance checks.
• Assist in the maintenance of residential and commercial properties year-round
• Operate various pieces of equipment including riding lawn mowers, push mowers, leaf blowers, trimmers, farm tractors, etc.
• Attend project and safety meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all legislative and company policies and procedure

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid G Drivers License with Clean Record
• Must have Own Transportation to Job Site that is suitable for driving in snowy conditions before the city roads are plowed.
• Phone with data plan
• Lift 60lbs
