JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMIN

  • Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 2 years Experience in Property Management companies is Mandatory.
  • Experience in making Ejari and blocking the Property in Ejari Portals.
  • Experience in Making Tenancy Contract, Property Management Contract and MOU.
  • Good Knowledge of RERA Rules of Owners and Tenants.
  • Experience in Blocking contract in Ejari after signed.
  • Dealing with Land Lord and convincing him for rental offers.
  • Follow up with the Developer /Owner for Snagging List and handover process.
  • To do Regular follow up with Legal Cases & vacant units.
  • Providing Administrative/Office Support, Including document Preparation, Copying Scanning and Emailing.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft word.
  • Must be a team player and is confident to talk with clients
  • Perform other job-related duties requested by the management

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Knowledge in English and Arabic language (both speaking and writing) is mandator

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge in English and Arabic language (both speaking and writing) is mandatory
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and organized
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Currently available for an interview in Dubai
