Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Cedar and Stone Realty is a local property management and development company specializing in the acquisition, renovation, and operation of residential and commercial spaces. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, well-managed properties for our clients and tenants. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and highly dependable Administrative Assistant to support our operations.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Cedar and Stone is seeking a Property Management & Administrative Assistant who can work independently, stay organized, and follow through on tasks until they are fully completed. This is not just a basic administrative role — we are looking for someone who can step in and take ownership of a wide range of C, D, and E-level responsibilities to support our growing property portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You’ll be expected to manage not only documents and scheduling, but also play a hands-on role in property operations — from coordinating turnovers and vendors to running supplies to properties. You will also take the lead in managing our property management software (Breezeway), ensuring it is kept accurate, up-to-date, and actively driving the efficiency of our team.
This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, loves checking things off a list, and takes pride in delivering accurate, on-time work.

DELEGATED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of recurring operational tasks (e.g., turnover scheduling, supply organization, vendor follow-up) so management can focus on strategy
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve smaller operational issues before they reach management
  • Act as a liaison between management, service partners, and team members to keep operations running smoothly
