Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple industrial warehouse properties in Mississauga. The successful candidate will manage tenant relations, lease administration, rent and CAM collection, invoicing, and general office tasks to ensure smooth property management. Familiarity with real estate and property management terminology is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a Property Administrator, Real Estate Administrator, or Office Administrator in property management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Understanding of real estate and lease terminology
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $20.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants across multiple industrial properties
  • Prepare, track, and manage leases, renewals, and tenant files
  • Collect rent and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges, and ensure all tenants are up to date with payments
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and statements using QuickBooks/Excel
  • Follow up with tenants on overdue balances and maintain accurate financial records
  • Handle administrative paperwork, correspondence, and filing related to property management
  • Assist ownership with budgeting, reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure all property activities align with real estate regulations and lease agreements
