Responsibilities

We are hiring a Property Management Administrator to work in our expanding business based in our Wandsworth office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an administrative role and will enjoy working in a growing company, will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively organise compliance documents, such as GSC’s/EICR’s/EPC’s
  • Provide support to Property Managers as and when required
  • Ensure all invoices are processed for respective maintenance jobs
  • Processing council tax/utility bills between tenancies
  • Supporting the office in general administration such an ordering office supplies, stationery and printing/filing invoices
  • Ensuring check ins/outs are undertaken
  • Providing cover for colleagues
  • Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the office
