About the Role A fantastic opportunity has become available to support one of our leading residential Property Managers based across our Wynyard Quarter Head Office and Remuera Office. As a Property Management Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the wider Property Management team to deliver an industry-leading service and drive high performance across the portfolio. Working closely with a Senior Property Manager, you will assist with day-to-day operations, helping to ensure properties are well managed and clients receive a high standard of service. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to build their career in property management while contributing to a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative and operational support to a Senior Property Manager in managing a residential portfolio Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-up of required actions Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including responding to enquiries, conducting viewings, processing applications, and securing new tenancies Handle tenant, owner, and general enquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues Coordinate maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and tenants to ensure works are completed to a high standard Support rental growth and occupancy targets by proactively assisting with marketing and leasing vacant properties Assist in monitoring portfolio performance, contributing to financial and growth objectives through accurate administration and reporting Maintain up-to-date property records and ensure all documentation and systems are accurately managed Key Attributes Solid understanding of the real estate environment, with awareness of property management processes would be highly advantageous Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
