QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min. 1 year work experience in commercial property management
    -Basic understanding of building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must be self-sufficient, proactive, and able to get things done independently
  • Excellent team player, able to work in a team environment.
    Language proficiencies: must be highly proficient in verbal and written English. Must be fluent in Mandarin. Cantonese speaking is a plus.
  • Device requirement: iPhone 10 or above to be compatible with CCTV and work phone APP. Computer with Microsoft Office and at least Window 11.
    Salary: $48,000 to $54,000 per year plus 2 weeks paid vacation.
    Anniversary Bonus: $1000 anniversary bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and supervising facility repairs and improvements to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
  • Answering phone calls and emails with excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Assisting with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing Dropbox folder
    -Effectively and cordially reinforce Rules and Regulations to tenants, and issue fines to tenants when needed.
    -Manage relationships and serve as the point of contact between property owner and tenants.
  • Directly supervise the On-Site Caretaker and assist as needed.
    -Change the building timer twice a year.
    -Searching camera footage for a particular event.
    -Prepare monthly Building Operations Reports.
    -Prepare Incident Reports when requested.
  • Procure (order, pick up, or deliver) miscellaneous items to the site (e.g, Home Depot/Canadian Tire, copy keys etc.)
    -Attending emergencies promptly to assess and mitigate the damage.
    -On-call outside of business hours.
