Description

Nest Property Management and Real Estate Services Ltd. is a rapidly growing company based in Prince George and Kitimat BC. We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Assistant to join our close-knit team on a casual/full-time basis for up to 20-40 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, as a minimum
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and conversational communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stay focused in the midst of multiple auditory and visual distractions
  • Developed problem-solving and communication skills
  • Positive working attitude and conscientious approach
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle for travel to rental properties and showings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as an assistant or in office administration is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience with social media marketing is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls
  • Assisting with directing and responding to incoming emails
  • Assisting with rental enquiries and booking rental showings
  • Assisting with tenant calls, requests, and inquiries
  • Conducting rental showings to prospective tenants
  • Assisting with marketing and social media efforts
  • Following and maintaining established office protocols to maintain consistency in a dynamic and changing work environment
  • Performing other general administrative tasks as needed
