This is a remote position. Schedule: 20 hours per week (4 hours daily) Mon-Friday 9am-1pm Client Timezone: Pacific Time (California) Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of our short-term rental business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. This role focuses on driving efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across a growing portfolio of properties. Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize property performance, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. Coordinate cleaners, contractors, and support staff to ensure seamless daily operations. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the properties to align with overall business goals. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for optimization. Stay informed about regulatory changes, industry standards, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Manage and utilize relevant platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Guesty, Booking.com, Turno, and Conduit. Perform sales and marketing-related tasks, including outreach via email, phone, and text, to help increase bookings and business growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality managing AirBnB's Required Sales or appointment setting experience Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Proficiency in property management systems and a solid understanding of revenue management strategies and industry trends. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment. Familiarity with local regulations, zoning laws, and short-term rental compliance requirements is an advantage.
