Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Lettings Property Management Clerk, you will be the key point of contact for maintenance queries and property inspections. Your role will involve liaising between tenants, landlords, contractors, and our lettings team to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant. The role will also include conducting property viewings for available rental properties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-ordinating and logging all maintenance requests from tenants
  • Scheduling and following up on repairs with approved contractors
  • Conducting regular property inspections and producing detailed reports
  • Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance issues, costs, and correspondence
  • Assisting with compliance checks, including gas safety and electrical certifications
  • Supporting the lettings and property management team with admin duties
