LEASING AGENT – ASTON GATE REAL ESTATE

From our Marina Plaza office, we deliver premium service to clients across Downtown, Dubai Marina, JVC, Business Bay, Emirates Living, Dubai Hills, and more.
We are hiring a proven Leasing Agent who can deliver results and manage the full rental cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of leasing experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory).
• At least 10 successfully closed rental transactions.
• Proven track record in landlord and tenant relations.
• RERA license preferred (or ability to obtain immediately).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  Candidates without direct real estate leasing experience will not be considered.

• Handle the complete leasing cycle: sourcing landlords, listing properties, securing tenants.
• Conduct professional property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Manage tenancy contracts, renewals, and all RERA documentation.
• Build and maintain a landlord and tenant network beyond property portals.
• Use Aston Gate’s exclusive lead flow to close rental transactions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s rental market and community updates.
