Overview:
We are currently seeking a part-time Property Management Consultant to join our team in Taunton!
Annual salary is £23,250 pro rata down to three days per week - Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

Duties include:

  • Address day-to-day maintenance reports from tenants and landlords, resolving reactive issues, and coordinating necessary renovations.
  • Utilises various systems and platforms to manage properties efficiently, organise property requirements, ensure accurate data entry.
  • Manage emails and phone calls, responding calmly and effectively to the needs of both landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct end-of-tenancy inspections to ensure properties are left in good condition, identify necessary repairs and negotiate deposit returns with fairness and clarity.
  • Work with the team to ensure seamless property management throughout the entire tenancy, from pre-tenancy preparations to managing ongoing needs and facilitating smooth transitions after the tenancy ends.

For this position, you must have a full driving licence and your own vehicle. You will be booking in appointments and talking to new people each day, so the ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills.
