Job Title: Property Management Coordinator
Location: London-based Camden
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 per annum

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grades A*-C; further education in property management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous experience in property or block management is preferred but not essential; strong administrative background is required.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly concerning legal and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with property-related legislation and compliance requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist the block management team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining property records, and updating internal systems.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and distribution of essential documents such as service charge budgets, Section 20 notices, and AGM minutes
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all properties comply with current health and safety regulations, fire safety standards, and other relevant legislation.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate routine inspections, organise maintenance works, and liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Client and Resident Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for leaseholders and residents, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction via email and telephone.
  • Meeting Organisation: Arrange Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other client meetings, preparing agendas, refining Minutes, and following up on action items.
