Overview Goals of the program: Provide unique, real time job experience for selected candidates. Train pool of talented, trained potential employees who could join Castle after graduation. Obtain an objective review of Castle systems/procedures against current academic thinking. Provide an environment where students can apply their classroom experience to actual business challenges. Responsibilities Program Details: Length of Program: 8-weeks- June 8th- July 31st Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Location: 12270 SW 3 St., Suite 200; Plantation, FL 33325 Miami, Broward, West Palm, Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, Estero, Jacksonville. Functional Area: Operations Qualifications Criteria: Leadership skills Management skills Exceptional customer service skills Intermediate computer skills Team player Majors: Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Real Estate, Hospitality Grade Level: Undergraduate and/or Graduate Students
