We are seeking a Junior Property Manager to join our team, working alongside a Senior Property Manager in a supportive, structured learning environment. • Assist in conducting routine property visits as per company policies and legislative requirements
• Monitor and action rent and invoice arrears, maintaining accurate tenancy file notes
• Coordinate and action property maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords, tenants, trades, and strata as needed
• Support compliance processes by ensuring properties meet legislative and company standards annually
• Communicate proactively with landlords and tenants, providing regular updates on maintenance, inspections, and arrears
• Uphold Belle Property values in every client interaction, ensuring a positive and professional experience
