As a Property Management Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving company growth by generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. This role focuses on meeting individual sales targets and contributing to the success of the overall sales team. You will work closely with the leadership team to support business growth initiatives and help the company achieve its goals. As this is a newly entered market, you will be a pioneer in establishing our presence and driving growth in Orange County and Riverside County. This is a fully remote role, but you must reside in OC. If you prefer to work in an office setting, we have a small office in Irvine. You will be expected to drive to sales appointments at clients’ rental properties, as requested.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively represent the company in Orange County at industry events, networking functions, and local gatherings to generate new outbound opportunities and referral relationships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the community, always looking for ways to connect with potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners through consistent, value-driven follow-up.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads and guiding them through the discovery and consultation process.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to deeply understand prospective clients’ needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Presents our services to prospective clients, emphasizing the aspects most relevant to each individual’s priorities and needs.
  • Attend on-site meetings with clients throughout Orange County and Riverside County as needed to strengthen relationships, assess property management needs firsthand, and drive new business opportunities.
  • Manage all sales activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of lead status, follow-ups, and pipeline progression.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and activity targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and service delivery.
  • Continuously gather market feedback and insights to improve outreach strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of industry sales experience, ideally within the real estate industry
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
  • Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and CRMs
  • Active Driver’s License and reliable transportation
