Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Management Team Leader. This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work! With a salary of between £29,000 to £32,000 (subject to experience) plus commission.

• Responsible for daily management of a team.
• Preparing and negotiating tenancy renewals.
• Completing property inventories & carrying out regular property inspections.
• Maintaining & reporting accurate file notes.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
