Required to assist Surveyors based in Bournemouth office managing substantial mixed Commercial & Residential property portfolio.
This is an entry level role so no direct experience is necessary of Property Management as on the job training will be given. The successful candidate must
have good time management, organisational and communication skills. Driving licence is also imperative.
The position will suit an individual who has a willingness to learn and wishes to develop a career in Property Management, with potential for membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
