PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WORKER - HUDDERSFIELD

Hours: Full time (37 hours per week) Monday to Friday
Salary: Band 3A £24,920 - £25,926 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: Huddersfield - there may be a requirement to work from our other offices or attend any HOMEs properties in Kirklees, Wakefield, or Calderdale.
An exciting vacancy has arisen to work within the Property Management Team for an enthusiastic and experienced Property Management Worker to offer support with administration and property inspections.
Fusion HOMEs manage properties in Kirklees, Calderdale & Wakefield and provide temporary housing for single people and families who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our specialist services consist of Supported Accommodation and Property Maintenance team who provide a housing management service.
The Property Management Team plays a vital role in the smooth running of Fusion HOMEs by currently looking after over 250 properties. This includes Supported Accommodation, Emergency Accommodation and a scheme for EU nationals. The department is a small in-house team and works closely with approved local contractors.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Property Management Worker who can successfully manage the daily tasks within the Property Management Team.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE OF:

  • Experience of providing administrative support, with good IT skills and familiar with using Microsoft office systems including Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • A good understanding of repairs and maintenance process and property standards.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
