About the Role We are hiring a Property Management Assistant to support an Australian residential portfolio with a strong focus on Western Australia. You will handle day-to-day PM administration, contracts and documentation, maintenance coordination, arrears follow up and stakeholder communication. Success means being plug-and-play from day one, keeping the CRM and files spotless, and helping the local team meet compliance and service SLAs. This is a full-time remote role working core AWST hours. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage tenancy documentation, renewals, addendums and compliance files Process applications and references, schedule inspections and update condition reports Log, triage and track maintenance requests with trades, owners and tenants Monitor arrears and issue reminders, notes and reports to the local PM lead Keep the PM database organised with accurate notes, tasks and document links Produce weekly activity summaries and ad hoc reports as requested Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management administration or assistant roles Hands-on with PropertyTree preferred; exposure to other PM platforms is valued Familiarity with WA residential processes and terminology, or proven ability to learn quickly Confident handling contracts, maintenance pipelines, arrears and inspection scheduling Clear, easy-to-understand spoken English and professional written communication Available full time, 40 hours per week, working core AWST hours Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset Competitive base salary Direct contract with established, rapidly growing business Growth potential as business scales to higher revenue targets
