Description Property Manager – Affordable Housing Community (Milford, OH) A reputable property management company is seeking a qualified Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an affordable housing community located in Milford, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing Section 8 and Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties and possess strong leadership, compliance, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, and Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements Complete annual and interim certifications in accordance with program regulations Monitor property performance and financial objectives, including budget preparation and reporting Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relationships Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of property management experience within Section 8 and/or Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing Comprehensive knowledge of HUD regulations and compliance processes Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) certification preferred, but not required
