PART-TIME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT – PETERBOROUGH

We are seeking a part-time Property Management Assistant (initially 1 day per week) to support the smooth running of a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Peterborough area.
The role is based at our friendly office in Thorpe Wood, Peterborough. Flexible working will be considered, although regular in-person meetings will be valuable to maintain communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting a weekly review of maintenance tasks with our maintenance team.
  • Assisting with tenant check-outs, including property checklist forms and follow-up.
  • Supporting our letting agent with viewings and tenant check-ins.
  • Providing monthly administration support, such as checking and filing energy accounts, monitoring rental income, and filing expenses.
  • Helping arrange access for licensing inspections when required.
  • Preparing and sending annual rent review correspondence.
  • Handling tenant correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
