PART-TIME PROPERTY MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

Are you an experienced property manager looking for part-time work with flexibility and purpose? We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Property Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of a small but diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in property management who enjoys maintaining order, solving problems, and providing exceptional service—without the demands of a full-time schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant communication
• Conduct property walk-throughs and coordinate timely repairs or improvements
• Respond to tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including LIHTC and Section 8 (if applicable)
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service schedules
• Maintain accurate documentation for leases, financial transactions, and tenant records
• Assist with marketing and retention strategies for both residential and commercial tenants
• Collaborate with ownership or facilities teams to keep properties safe, clean, and functional
• Use basic CRM or property software tools to stay organized and proactive
