Property Manager – Affordable Housing (Section 42/LIHTC)
Pay: $52,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with some flexibility

• Lead all aspects of community operations: leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with Section 42 LIHTC program requirements, including annual recertifications and reporting.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and resolve resident concerns with professionalism.
• Oversee rent collection, manage delinquencies, and implement resident retention strategies.
• Shop competitors and conduct market surveys to stay competitive and informed.
• Hire, train, and lead community team members to achieve property goals.
• Partner with vendors and contractors while keeping expenses aligned with budget.
• Maintain curb appeal, property cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
