WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year experience in a residential property management role, with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and external service providers
• Proficient in using property management software and relevant technology
• Thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements governing residential property management
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

ABOUT THE ROLE

A new, dynamic real estate brand in Sydney’s Northern Districts seeks a bright and switched on Property Management all rounder.
The role will involve a combination of all aspects of the Property Management business such as Leasing, Landlord and Tenant management as well as New Business Development.
Role is ready for immediate start.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating property inspections, maintaining tenant records, and processing rental payments
• Liaise with landlords and tenants, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors to ensure prompt and high-quality service
• Handle the advertising and marketing of vacant properties, including conducting viewings and securing new tenants
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including tenancy agreements, condition reports, and financial records
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing residential property management
• Build new rental business with prospective landlords
