Our client is an established independent agent with a reputation for offering the highest levels of customer service. Based in Welwyn they are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will need a calm but firm and assertive demeanour, you will be a great communicator with a high level of organisation and have the ability to cope with ever-changing daily tasks that make each day different, you will need to be efficient and highly organised to keep everything running smoothly.
The role requires,
Working closely with the rest of the letting team
Coordinating all administration relating to repairs and maintenance works
Liaise with contractors
Making sure contractors insurance up to date
Organise Inventory Clerk check in and check outs
Negotiating Deposit Returns and Check out Reports
Updating systems, records and databases
Arranging repairs and quotes as required
Overseeing some minor projects (e.g. carpet replacement and decoration when required)
Keeping GAS SAFE, EICR, EPC up to date and recorded as required.
Attending, at the Companies expense. ARLA management courses as required.
Diarising and completing routine property inspections and reporting to Landlords
Arranging transfer of Utilities for managed properties
