QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work full-time during site opening hours, and occasional after-hours availability as required.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or sales.
  • Technical skills to manage multiple systems for site operations and learning.
  • Management experience is a plus.
  • Property management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities

ROLE: PROPERTY MANAGER

As a Property Manager at 1655 Dupont St, you are the driving force behind the success of this location. You oversee all aspects of the property, ensuring it is well maintained, safe, and welcoming for tenants. Your responsibilities include managing both storage and commercial operations, which encompass retail spaces, private commercial studios, co-working areas, and multi-use spaces. You lead the on-site team, address maintenance and operational issues promptly, collaborate with owners on ad hoc projects, and ensure every tenant enjoys a seamless, positive experience at the property.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead & Develop Your Team – Support, coach, and guide your team to success while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Keep Stakeholders Informed – Serve as the main point of contact for the ownership group, proactively communicating updates and addressing any issues they raise.
  • Deliver Great Customer Service – Ensure every customer interaction is positive, handle concerns, and maintain high standards.
  • Keep the Facility Running Smoothly – Oversee daily inspections, ensure maintenance is handled, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Stay Organized & Report – Manage multiple ad hoc projectsand ensure stakeholders are informed,track key metrics, report to the Regional Manager, and keep records audit-ready.
  • Drive Sales & Customer Growth – Sell storage solutions, follow up with leads, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Manage Payments & Accounts – Process transactions, follow up on late payments, and keep records up to date.
  • Prioritize Safety & Security – Enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, and be the first point of contact for after-hours incidents.
  • Support the total business – Jump in when needed to assist with the Call Centre with customer inquiries and sales and support other sites occasionally.
