REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Property Services.
  • Certificate of Registration.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience.
  • Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Experience with PropertyMe (desired).
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-manage workload.

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking two experienced full-time Property Managers to join our team, who will be responsible for managing a client portfolio with confidence and professionalism. One based in Hindmarsh, SA and the other in Old Reynella, SA. Each Property Manager will be solely responsible for managing at one location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively manage a portfolio of rental properties.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Screen new tenants, including reference checks.
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
  • Liaise with contractors to facilitate maintenance requirements.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
