Description

We are looking for a customer focused Property Manager to join our friendly management team in Old Town, Swindon. The ideal candidate will use their own initiative and display a flexible ‘can do’ approach as this is a role where no two days are the same and you will be key in providing an excellent level of service to both landlords and tenants.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Excellent customer service and administration experience essential
  • Previous experience in Property Manager roles preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to multi-task in a calm manner
  • Full UK Driving License and use of car during working hours

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include drawing up tenancy renewals, completing property inspections, coordinating with contractors, organising maintenance works and maintaining compliance. Ensuring properties are ready for letting and managing the end of tenancy check-out process and deposit return.
Atwell Martin offer full support and training in addition to funding study materials/training for a Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) Certificate in Property Agency recognised by ARLA Propertymark.
