Location: Parkside at South Tryon Apartments; Charlotte, NC Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday; Weekend availability required Salary: $78,000-$80,000, based on certifications and experience Incentives: Quarterly performance-based bonus program Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, paid parental leave, rent discounts, and more. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. * 2–4 years of experience in market rate, multi-family property management, with proven skills in budgeting, financial analysis, leasing, marketing, and resident relations. * Tech-savvy, with experience in property management software (Yardi a plus). * Excellent communication and leadership abilities. * Physical ability to perform essential functions (walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs., etc.). * CAM or CPM certification is a plus. * Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for local job-related travel. * Willingness to work occasional weekends, as needed.
